Arizona Media Service is a digitizing company in Arizona. AMS has now streamlined ordering, processing and fee structure for their digitizing services, which is calculated at a “per item” fee. The digitizing fee for mail orders is $13.49 per item. An item is a video tape of any kind, any format, any standard in any length or a NTSC mini DVD or full size NTSC-DVD. An item is a 50ft 8mm or 16mm film ree. An item is also 30 minutes of an audio recording on cassette, 30 minutes on a reel-to reel or 30 minutes on vinyl.

Film, audio & video digitizing:
In addition to the digitizing fee, there is a charge for your destination material. Arizona Media Service offers four choices: Experts will digitize your past from any audio material, any video tape, from 8mm/16mm film, from 35mm slides or any size prints and place them onto a new format and you can chose from a DVD, a USB/Flash drive, a digital download link or even a QR-code! The process is simple: each video tape is an item, each 50ft film reel is an item, each 30 minutes of audio material is an item. Pick the amount of items you want to digitize, pick what you want your digital format to be, fill out the order form and hit "submit", pack it safely in any sturdy box you can find, send it to us and we'll do the rest...return shipping is FREE! |

PURCHASE AFTER DIGITIZING:
If you have many items (more than two or three), The QR Video Vault might be the right product for you. With QR Video Vault you’ll be equipped for the 21st Century and beyond. AMS will store your precious memories in the QR code accessible Video Vault. You can share all of your memories with friends and family by simply e-mailing or texting them your personal QR code in JPEG format to access your past. PLUS: for a small fee, AMS can add more memories to your vault, if they surface later on. There is no space limit in the QR Video Vault.….no price increase…no broken links…no usernames…no passwords… and at only $78.00 a year it is the perfect solution for large quantities of vintage material. Digital downloads onto your own desktop is FREE as long as you are a QR Video Vault customer.

If you only have one or two items, you might want to consider the purchase of a digital download link, good for 30 days download time, at only $7.49 per item. Example: you have three video tapes. Cost: video tape digitizing 3x$13.49=$40.47 plus 3x$7.49=$22.47, your total would be $62.94. The download links will be e-mailed to you. Current processing time: 5 days* (order here)
PURCHASE A USB:
Should you prefer a custom USB drive, containing all of your footage, you can select it for $39.49 per every 8GB. One hour of video equals about 1GB. Example: you have three video tapes. Cost: video tapes digitizing 3X$13.49=$40.47 plus $39.49, your total would be $79.96.

If you still like the old style DVD and would like a viewable DVD in VOB format to play on your computer or DVD player, the cost is $19.49 per DVD. Every video tape is an item and will be placed on a single or double layer DVD. Example: you have three video tapes. Cost: video tape digitizing 3x$13.49=$40.47 plus 3x$19.49=$58.47, your total would be $98.94.
