Film and video digitizing: Experts will convert your past from any video tape or 8mm/16mm film or 35mm slides or prints and place them onto a new format, like a DVD, a USB drive or even a QR-code! You can re-live and enjoy your memories again on devices such as a computer, a television, a tablet or smart phone.
audio digitizing & transfer: our audio hub takes care of your old vinyl and cassette tape sound restoration including reel-to-reel or even wire recordings from 1930! to be placed on a CD or to be converted to MP3.
Arizona Media Service (AMS) is a family owned and operated small business. We have over 50 years of experience in the motion picture and video industry under our belts and our clientele included anything from STAR networks to HBO to NOVA and Barry Goldwater's 16mm movie films from the Arizona Historical Society, just to name a few. We are making our stellar services available to the regular consumer and want to give back to the community - give back to the consumer, by offering a digitizing service with a quality that is just known to movie studios and big budget production houses....all this at a price that is affordable and will carry your memories into the next generation and beyond.
What makes AMS so different? Our company has invested several hundred thousand Dollars into vintage equipment and have restored and maintained obsolete machines since the early 70's. We are not a cookie-cutter operation, nor do we claim to have 500 machines or 200 technicians working to digitize tapes or films...we are different, because we are straight forward, down to earth and we care about your captured memories. Furthermore: you do not have to pay anything until we start the digitizing process, which starts with a phone call to you, verifying amount and work scope of your order AFTER we have received it. We may not know you personally, but we certainly will handle your vintage material as if it is our own families'. Every frame of your precious film or video will be captured and digitized with the most advanced equipment available. Celluloid film with PIKE and RED cameras and ZEISS lenses, magnetic video tapes with firewire connections and audio cassettes, vinyl recordings and magnetic or wire audio recordings with TASCAM, FOSTEX or STUDER audio mastering devices. The quality is unmatched and we want to invite you to give us a try right here! For the ending 2025 and beginning 2026 years, we have divided the year in three sections:
REGULAR PRICING (from January 1 to May 31):
Our regular pricing is as follows: you purchase "tokens" to cover your needs. Each token is $5.00. Several token will cover the digitizing of tapes, films and audio material. For instance: two tokens would cover any length CONSUMER video tape or 50ft of 8mm or 16mm film or 30minutes of audio recording. Each digitized item can be saved onto a two token DVD, USB or a FREE 4 day digital download. After the FREE trial of 4 days, you can opt for a monthly digital download at $4.00, billed in 30 day increments. You can mix and match the material you send to us.
OUR SUMMER SPECIAL (from June 1 to October 30) :
The process is simple: During our summer special, each "item" costs 9 Dollars to digitize. An item is a video tape of any format and any length or a 50ft film reel or 30 minutes of audio material. After digitizing is completed, you can chose between
1) A DVD per item, a 4GB USB or CD (depending on your original material) at an additional $9.00.
2) A TRIAL digital cloud storage download link, FREE for 4 days. Download links will extend after FREE TRIAL in 30 day increments at $4.00.
OUR HOLIDAY SPECIAL (from November 1 to December 31) :
During our holiday special, we re-digitize any DVD and create a QR code for it. Watch the video below

The digitizing is $19.00 per disc and the QR code is FREE for 4 days and you can watch your video online during that duration. After the 4 days the QR code is $4.00, billed in 30 day increments - and you can cancel anytime. Your video can be watched by scanning the QR code and can also be downloaded to your desktop.
HOW TO START:
There is no need to purchase a "box" like our competitors require...you can safely wrap your film, videos, vinyls or reel to reel tapes in bubble wrap and use a USPS box, which is FREE, and send it with your order form to

Best of all: there is no minimum...if you only have one VHS video tape...it's just three token for the digitizing, and one additional token for the digital file of your choice. Should you decide to mail several videos of different formats, for example a VHS, a Hi-8 and a digiBeta, just add up the tokens for each item, add a token for each file on the destination format and you're all set....and your return shipping is always on us...it can't get any simpler that that!
